Earth Hour happens on the last Saturday in March every year, for one hour, from 8.30-9.30pm
It is a world wide initiative - in other words and idea from WWF to get people all over the world to think about how much electricity and power we all use (and waste) all the time, by just simply TURNING EVERYTHING OFF for one hour!
This year it will be on today - Saturday 26th March 2022 at 8.30pm
From WWF
Earth Hour reminds us that even small actions can make a big difference. When we make changes in our own lives to reduce our footprint, we inspire those around us to do the same. And together, we are a powerful global movement that governments and businesses canβt ignore.
